We are a Moldova IT Park resident, so every engineer we employ or place under our Employer-of-Record service is under the flat 7% single-tax regime: no separate income tax, social security, or health insurance stack, and no permanent-establishment risk for you.

We ship custom web, mobile and AI systems (including AI agents and MCP servers), run compliant Moldovan payroll, and operate the largest public directory of Moldovan IT companies at hiremd.app - 635 verified profiles representing roughly 20,000 engineers, with zero commission on the deals that route through it.

Our track record: the same engineering team runs SmartAssets, our Prague studio, and has shipped enterprise and government platforms including Skoda Auto backoffice modules, Czech Ministry of Justice e-government services, a 10M+ MAU streaming platform (LiveJasmin), Fortuna's real-time odds system, and Doctena's medical booking frontend - 11 shipped projects across enterprise, government and consumer.

Every engagement includes IP assignment and NDA at onboarding, a GDPR-aligned DPA, statutory benefits administration, and clean offboarding - all under HireMD's local liability, not yours.
