Work was largely execution-driven with limited design guidance. When issues were escalated, responsibility was shifted back to client input. Project timelines and costs extended significantly, impacting launch plans and overall momentum.
  • I have not noticed any areas that should be improved, ofcourse everyone needs improvments, but in our specific case all tasks were done as we dicsussed in the project list in proper time frame. I'm super satisfied with what I got.

Clear communication but lacked UX ownership; concerns deflected and usability fixes billed late.

Overall, my experience with Imajine was mixed. Communication was generally prompt, and the team remained responsive in implementing requested changes. However, the project fell short in an area that is critical for any website build: ownership of UX/UI and usability. Despite raising concerns around navigation, page flow, and user experience over several weeks, there was little proactive guidance from the team. The work remained execution-led rather than design-led. When I escalated these concerns during the intended launch week, I was told the site had been delivered exactly as requested and that my involvement had limited alternative design exploration. These UX gaps were then reframed as additional scope, with extra time and cost proposed for relatively minor refinements.The experience felt more transactional than collaborative. The project was eventually handed over cleanly, but key usability concerns remained unresolved.

The Sommpour website was intended as the foundational platform for a growing wine education business, combining content, structured learning, and community. This was not a simple brochure site, but a system designed to support multiple user journeys — from casual readers to serious WSET Diploma students. Phase 1 focused on building a clean, intuitive WordPress site with clear navigation, study program pages, and basic e-commerce for registrations. A key requirement was strong UX/UI to guide diverse users effectively and support future scalability into membership, gated content, and study circles. The expectation was a collaborative build where business inputs would be translated into thoughtful design and usability, creating a platform that is both functional today and structurally ready for growth.

Woocommerce/WordPress Experts

Hi!
My name is Yuriy.
I'm founder of the webnix.com.ua - Web Design Studio based in Ukraine.
We were building Woocommerce site with lot of products, some of those products are going to be sold by weight. Jayanthi, from Imajine Web has created unique Custom Weight Form.
This form has:
-Add/Remove Buttons;
-Min Step (which can be easely controlled from site admin panel);
- Displays Total Price;
This form is displayed on specific Single Product and on the Cart pages.

Jayanthi did a great job with our Woocommerce site. She created this unique custom made form for a very affordable fee and she was super friendly and she was available every day, via Skype.
When the project was finished, I had to migrate whole site (with data and all products) to new domain.
I asked Jay for help, cause after migration process, the form was not working properly under new domain. She quickly fixed the issue via phone.
