The website has sped up by 20-30% and has significantly increased in outputs.

I am the cofounder of a Mental Healthcare Company. We needed a frontend developer for our platform to improve UI/UX experience. My friend who was working with Inventorsoft recommended them. Inventorsoft hired a react developer very quickly based on our technical and budget preferences.

In 2020, we were in transition from in-house development to outsourcing all our development work. We posted this project on a popular freelancing platform to get a feel for the talent pool it provides and we came across InventorSoft. We hired them to help with our web application for Objective Structured Clinical Examinations. We started with one frontend developer, who was performing very well. So we decided to extend the team to 3 developers now: frontend, Backend and DevOps. In general, we are very happy with the cooperation, especially in the proactiveness of the developers and their contribution to design thinking. Not waiting on my every command like we currently experience with other outsourcing agencies. Feels like they are part of the team and company culture even though they are in a different timezone. They also contributed to improving the coding standards and software development practices at our company bringing in that expertise from industry. Good attention to detail.

Qpercom is now a remote assessment solution that offers video integration to facilitate fully remote professional skills assessments and admission interviews using just one integrated solution. Universities around the world are already using this advanced system to run OSCEs online.

Video integration for OSCEs and MMI works in tandem with Qpercom's flagship features, such as:

Hard working frontend developers from Inventorsoft helped to develop and grow the E-Learning Platform for HealthCare workers.

We hired Inventorsoft to help with frontend development. Our education platform is written on vue.js and Inventorsoft is specializing in this technology. They helped to develop a lot of features like a broadcasting page, which is pretty complex and had the following features: group chat function, dynamic forms, and functionality related to video live broadcasting. Regarding the technology stack, we use HTML, javascript, CSS, Vue, Vuex, Nuxtjs and Lodash and on the backend, we use PHP and Laravel.
We are still working with Inventorsoft on multiple projects and have long-term plans for their developers. I think we have pretty good cooperation. Their management is always open to discussing issues in the team. And their developers are hard-working and good in terms of performance and quality.

I am Maksym, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Inventorsoft.
Inventorsoft is a Ukrainian web/mobile development company that offers pre-selected candidates in accordance with clients’ requests for companies of different types from startups to large enterprises who want to scale up their digital impact by hiring the best developers.

Thanks to our 8 years of expertise and solid reputation, quality recruitment selection in the shortest time (2-4 weeks), nurturing developers by our academies, transparency in progress and rates, and orienting on your needs we helped more than 50 projects and have 30+ feedbacks.

What is the story behind starting this company?

The company was started in 2015, the idea was to create cooperation between interesting IT companies from the US and Europe with smart and talented developers in Ukraine.

What is your company’s business model– in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We are working only with in-house developers. We are eager to deliver the best service to our clients, so we aren’t willing to risk hiring third-party vendors.

In most cases we are working with clients from Finance, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Ed-tech, and Ecommerce industries.

Regarding our clients, we have 4 different types of customers:

Early-stage startups, who want to build MVP and get the next round of investments.
Small and Middle-sized SaaS companies, which are growing and want to extend their development team.
IT services companies, which we are working with local customers and want to outsource their development to Ukraine.
Large enterprises that have unskilled IT departments and require our help with automating processes in their organization.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for.

The most common service that we deliver is IT outstaffing when we provide our clients with developers to work directly under their manager/product owner. Also, we have technical expertise. We are working mostly with Java, .Net, and Node.js on the backend, and Angular, React, and Vue.js on the frontend.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

Our HR Business partners enquire about feedback and client needs every month, just to make sure that we are providing the best service possible.

Our NPS is 66% according to the latest survey that we sent to our customers.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

We designate HR Business partners for each client. HR Business Partner is responsible for solving any issues that may happen with developers or clients. Also, as a CTO I'm glad to consult our clients about technical questions if it’s needed or if we face some problems. Our company can help not only with development but with design, testing, and project management as well. Moreover, we are providing some clients with specific professionals, such as marketers, researchers, lead generators, etc. We are trying to cooperate and help our clients as much as possible.

Also in terms of successful cooperation, we are transparent about our goals and issues which developers are mentioning. We would definitely shout if we saw that project is moving in the wrong direction.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)

We are working with 3 different pricing models.

Fixed price - we work under this model when the client has clear and detailed requirements and has a limited budget for the project.
Time & Material (Hourly based model) - this model is mostly used for short-term and midterm projects when the client isn’t sure about his future plans.
Monthly - the most cost-effective model, which is used for long-term cooperation with clients. In this model, we cut our commissions, but expect a long notice period from the client. Frequently we use a Cost+ model when we share developers’ salaries, overhead, and our commission.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We aim to work on long-term projects, therefore the minimum budget that we are interested in starts from 10,000 $. However, it’s enough to take 1 developer full-time to start working with us.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

The minimum project budget was 10, 000 $, and the maximum project cost 500, 000$.
