We provide fully managed IT for SMBs and for AMF/ACPR-regulated financial firms subject to DORA: unlimited user support 7 days a week (8am to 8pm), 24/7 monitoring, next-generation endpoint protection (EDR), a managed SOC operating around the clock, tested backup and disaster recovery, and complete Microsoft 365 management, all for a fixed monthly fee per workstation, with public pricing.

What sets us apart is measurement. We track and publish six indicators every month: 3,000+ workstations and servers under management, 50 cloud environments supervised and hardened, average response under 10 minutes, on-site intervention in Paris under 4 hours, 97% SLA compliance, and a 4.7/5 client satisfaction score. ITAIA has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2021 (BSI certificate FS 733354); ISO 27001 certification is in progress.
