Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Jumix is a performance-based branding and marketing agency specializing in helping businesses to generate more leads and revenue via digital marketing activities. We’re providing services that produce great results, which consist of branding, web designing, and digital marketing.

My position in the company is the CEO, where my main role in the company is to determine the company’s directions, set goals and make sure we achieve them and connect with potential partners to bring the company to the next level.
What is the story behind starting this company?
When I was young, I’m always interested in creating and building websites. It started as a hobby where I create websites for the gaming community and school community. Then when I was in college, I chose to study eCommerce and Marketing to polish up my skills and get ready to get into business.

Starting a business was always being a dream to me, but it’s pretty tough as I was pretty much an underdog. The beauty of internet business is that I don’t need a lot of capital to start one.

In 2014, I was determined to start Jumix after I’ve acquired the required skills to pursue my passion and dream.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
All our branding and website design services are done in-house. As digital marketing services are pretty wide, we’re doing 90% of the work in-house and we sometimes outsource video production to a trusted vendor.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
One thing that differentiates us from our competitors is how we can utilize our proprietary technology to combine with our digital marketing expertise. Behind our ability to drive results and overdeliver, lies our in-house marketing experts team that can leverage our technological advantage and know-how.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are not targeting a specific niche or industry, but over the years we are quite popular among the F&B and eCommerce industries. We have 70% repeat customers as they would want to renew their service subscription or website with us.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
We’re mostly being approached for digital marketing services. I think this is because we’re very active in our social media postings, even we’re a B2B agency and not a B2C business.

On top of that, we’re more well known for our web design service as it is the first service we ever offer.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
I feel grateful that the majority of our customers are pretty satisfied with our services. We have a very close relationship with each of our customers and make sure their needs and concerns are well taken care of and in a very timely manner. Having a quick response time is definitely one of the most important things we do to make sure we maintain our service satisfaction level.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a dedicated customer support portal to cater to technical inquiries and issues. The same portal is equipped with a knowledge base, which our clients can also conduct some self-help before our team replies.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.).
For digital marketing services, it’s mostly on a monthly retainer basis.
For website design service, we collect 2 milestones, one before we start working on the website, another balance upon completion.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our minimum engagement fee would be $1,000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
In 2021, the minimum price we worked was $1,000, and we did a $250,000 marketing project in the same year as well.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We aim to be the top 10 marketing agency in Southeast Asia, in terms of revenue and customer base. But more importantly, I want to build a company that is people-centric, that takes good care of the employees, and has a happy and rewarding environment for everyone.

It will be great if I could also donate out at least $1,000,000 to charity foundations or for good purposes in the next 10 years.
