Describe your project in brief
I started a series called, Beyond Suffering. That series was based on books full of self-help, self-love, and self-reflection. Even though I had the idea in my mind, I still needed proper support to publish my book. I came across KDP and started working on my first book, Don’t Believe Everything You See, with them. As I communicated my vision, I was reassured by the team that they were clear, and once the final work came out, I knew that they indeed were clear. I am secondly working on my second book with KDP, and it is going great too!
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I appreciate how they are never hesitant to share their knowledge and expertise with others.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Nothing as such.
Not mine, but my sister-in-law had a great working experience with KDP!

We used KDP to avail of their graphic designing and book illustration services, as my sister-in-law had an assignment. It has been a nice journey, as I myself got to learn a lot of new terms and facts about visualization of a book. I recommend KDP to people who seek graphic designing services for books.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The thing that I appreciate most about KDP is that never for a single moment did their whole team judge me or my Sister-in-Law. Considering the fact that they all are experts in certain fields, we were a little doubtful that they might judge us for not having even 1% knowledge about graphic design, but to our surprise, it was the opposite.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Describe your project in brief
My project, Publish Your Book Already, was completed and published by team KDP. I had an idea about what I wanted, and I made sure to sure to communicate my specifications, in detail. After receiving my customized package, team KDP started working on my book, and it was ready to be published within two weeks. While my book was in the publishing process, the marketing team made a plan and started working on it. And once my book was all set, I already had so many pre-orders because of my great marketing and book-writing skills. I am truly inspired by the way Team KDP works.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I appreciate the immense professionalism at KDP.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I don't think there is any such thing. However, what I recommend is that they must share their ideas too, instead of following just what the person has to say, but then again, they try to keep their side clean, and I understand that.
