Site down or hacked? A person answers any hour, and a missed call is returned within 15 minutes. Included for clients at no extra charge.

How we work
Retainers start at $79 a month, with no contracts longer than the term you choose. Requests are handled within one business day, the same day on KEPT+. Our keepers are based in the Philippines and work while the US sleeps, so a request sent at night is usually done by morning.
