What I liked most about KIN Logistic Solutions is their proactive and reliable approach. Their real-time tracking, efficient appointment scheduling, and chassis management kept our operations smooth, but it was their demurrage and detention monitoring that truly stood out, helping us save time and avoid unnecessary costs. Their communication is clear, their team is responsive, and they consistently deliver results that add real value to our business.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

While my overall experience with KIN Logistic Solutions has been positive, the only area for improvement would be occasional delays in response during peak hours. Though not frequent, quicker follow-ups during high-volume periods would enhance efficiency even further. That said, their team usually makes up for it with professionalism and dedication.
