Kinetico Agency

Kinetico is a product design and engineering studio in Pokhara, Nepal, working with funded founders. The same senior people who design the product write the code that ships it — no handoff between a design vendor and a build vendor.

What we do: product design (flows, every screen and state, a coded design system in the repository); engineering (TypeScript end to end — React/Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL); ship and run (production deploy in your accounts, monitoring, docs, handover); brand identity when the product needs one.

How we engage: one 30-minute scoping call produces a written scope and a fixed price within 5 working days. First versions are $15,000–$50,000 over 6–12 weeks (Lean $15–22k / 6 weeks, Standard $22–35k / 8 weeks, Full $35–50k / 10–12 weeks). Work happens in your GitHub organisation from the first commit, with a weekly demo of working software. You own the repository, deployment accounts, design files and documentation at handover, and no retainer is required. We do not sell staff augmentation or take enterprise programmes.

Shipped work includes Paradiso (a booking engine for a lakeside Pokhara venue, in production) and Trile (wallet-funded subscription billing). Pricing is published at kinetico.agency/pricing.
