We worked with Koderly to improve the reliability and performance of our fundraising systems, including our Donorflex CRM and supporting databases. The engagement began with cloud migration support and evolved into ongoing database management and optimisation, resulting in improved stability, reduced system issues, and a better experience for staff.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What we liked most about Koderly was their proactive and dependable approach. They took genuine ownership of our systems, identified issues early, and resolved them before they impacted staff. Their clear communication, calm expertise, and understanding of how critical our systems are to fundraising made them feel like a trusted extension of our team rather than just a support desk.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
