Fintech & SaaS development, AI automation and custom software
Overview
About Legal-Pythia
Legal-Pythia started with a simple frustration: too many ambitious companies were stuck with manual processes, disconnected systems and software that did not quite fit how they worked.
Founder Jeremy Bormann had seen the same pattern again and again. Teams were spending hours moving data between spreadsheets, reviewing documents by hand, chasing approvals or trying to make off-the-shelf tools do jobs they were never designed for. The technology existed, but it was not built around the people using it.
So Legal-Pythia was created to do things differently.
We work closely with founders, operations leaders and product teams to understand the real problem first. Then we design and build practical software that removes friction: custom SaaS platforms, customer portals, internal tools, AI-powered automations and fintech products that people actually want to use.
We do not believe in complicated proposals or endless discovery phases. We start small, prove value quickly, and build from there. A workshop might identify the biggest opportunity. A pilot might automate one painful process. A full build might turn that idea into a scalable product.
What makes us different is the combination of product thinking, engineering and AI. We help clients modernise operations, launch new digital services and use AI where it creates real results—not where it simply sounds impressive.
Our clients stay in control. They own their software, data and models. We act as the technical partner that helps them move faster, make better decisions and build products that scale.
At its core, Legal-Pythia exists for one reason: to help good teams spend less time fighting their systems and more time growing their business.
