Lindevo is an AI automation agency based in Liepāja, Latvia. We design and build custom AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses across the Baltics and Europe, working in Latvian and English.

We take on the work that repeats: customer questions, lead follow-ups, email, document processing, CRM updates and recurring reports. What we build:

Typical first projects: a sales follow-up agent that drafts replies for approval, an internal assistant that answers staff questions from the company handbook, or invoice and order emails turned into records in the accounting or order system.

Every system runs inside the tools your team already uses, such as Gmail or Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot and other CRMs, Google Sheets and your own databases, with clear approval rules: anything that leaves the business can wait for a named person to check it.

Each engagement starts with one recurring task. After a short discovery we agree scope, timeline and price before building, test against real examples from your team, and finish with documentation, an agreed handover and a support plan. Ownership and access are agreed in writing before launch.

Before focusing on AI, Lindevo delivered booking platforms and e-commerce builds for clients in Latvia, so the engineering behind each system is production software, not a demo. One engineer runs every project, from the first call to handover.
