MakeIT Ops

MakeIT is a B2B DevOps and cloud consultancy based in Ness Ziona, Israel, founded in 2023. We take ownership of production infrastructure so engineering teams can focus on building their product.

Most consultancies deliver recommendations and move on. MakeIT works differently: we embed into the engineering team, join standups, make architectural decisions alongside your engineers, deploy the infrastructure, monitor production, and respond to incidents. Engagements end when your team can own the system independently, not when a contract expires.

The work spans DevOps and platform engineering (Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD), cloud architecture and modernization on AWS and Azure, infrastructure audits with hands-on remediation, release engineering, reliability and SRE practices, DevOps governance, and ongoing partnership as an external DevOps lead.

Every engagement is led personally by founder Evgeny Kiselgof, a principal DevOps architect with 15+ years in infrastructure and operations, including regulated and air-gapped environments. There is no account manager and no handoff to someone junior: the engineer on the first call is the engineer in your repositories and your incident channel. When scope requires more hands, he brings in vetted senior engineers he has worked with and vouches for.

We work with two kinds of organizations: startups and scale-ups building production-grade infrastructure before scale forces them to, and mid-market engineering teams stabilizing systems they inherited.
