Margins is an enterprise AI development company headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia. Since 2018 we have helped established companies find where AI creates measurable value, engineer it into their operations, and run it in production.

We combine services with our own products, so clients get one partner from the first idea to AI that keeps working after go-live. Our services cover AI strategy and consulting, a fixed-price AI Discovery Sprint, custom AI and software engineering, forward-deployed engineers, Managed AI, and AI training for leaders and teams.

Rivermind (getrivermind.com) is our AI operations platform. It orchestrates models, data, tools and business rules into production AI workflows, with the monitoring and control needed to run them over time. It speeds up our implementations and is the foundation of our Managed AI service. Capta is our knowledge-capture platform. It turns the expertise in people's heads, habits and workflows into structured knowledge the company owns, so AI works from what makes the business different rather than a generic model.

A typical engagement starts with a Discovery Sprint that finds the highest-value use case, moves to a first production system in about 90 days, and continues with Margins operating and improving it on Rivermind.

Our work is measured by business outcomes. For food distributor Marikomerc, a predictive system inside the ERP flags customer churn a median 43 days earlier and identified €3.7M in annualised losses. For Delta DMD, an AI field-sales platform briefs every rep before each outlet visit. We have also built an AI healthtech ecosystem for dementia tracking with Johns Hopkins University. Clients include Shell, Mars and mid-market leaders in distribution, logistics, food & beverage, manufacturing and financial services.
