My name is Satish Dodia, CEO of memento technologies and technical CEO at Peppycart. We are working since 2015 in the same field our expertise in website design, mobile app development, AI/Machine Learning, Digital Marketing, and Software Development.
We are running 3 our own start-up projects in India peppycart, Digital Society, and Music app.

What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are three partners and 5 in house and 20+ freelancer developer and 3-4 small start-up company doing work with us.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
We are trying to give the best technology, easy to use, customer satisfaction, we will give quality code to every client if client's budget is low or high but the quality is the same in all.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
The music industry, real estate, E-commerce, CA Software, GST Software, CRM and more...
We are an official partner with TCl Pune.(Tata Communications) they providing repetitive work on a daily basis.
And we have tie-up 5-6 agency they providing repetitive work on our technology.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.
Depends on client requirements and change requests, all development not easy but we try to make way how to do in the best time frame and which developer is best for this project.
Because critical time in experience people does fast work.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
Everything Depends on client's actual requirement and flow of the project.

First, we check how many users will come on a web app after launch, how many data will upload on the web app, how many users will stay on a single session, any reporting activity, calculation, streaming, chat many feature matter to select platform and third-party library.

Yes, we are offering. Also, we make custom design as per client requirements.

First How Many Hours actual wants in client development, Which type of design client wants, which type of performance, which type of automation depends on this feature we will decide some costing.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We are flexible with all deals as per agency and clients.
Mostly we will do 33% advance, 33% middle, and delivery time 34%.
