Nexdwell had the inventory and brand identity but lacked an online storefront, which had become a real gap as the smart home automation market in India grew. We needed a mobile-friendly Shopify store that could showcase our full product range—smart switches, CCTV cameras, smart locks, sensors, video doorbells, curtains, and automation controllers—and compete visually with established players in the space. Mindrops handled design, development, configuration, and deployment end-to-end. Communication happened smoothly over WhatsApp and email, with progress shared at key milestones: after homepage design, once product setup was complete, and before launch. The team was open to feedback, though the product page layout required a couple of refinement rounds to get right. What impressed me most was how they structured the product catalog.
