MIVRON

MIVRON is a software company based in Astana, Kazakhstan. We help companies replace manual, chat-and-spreadsheet workflows with systems they can actually control: AI-assisted automation of business processes, custom internal software and SaaS products.

Most of our projects start with a process, not a technology. We map how inquiries, requests, approvals and reports move through a company today, find where time and information get lost, and then design the system around that flow. Typical work includes AI assistants that answer customer inquiries and route requests, CRM and messenger integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram), approval workflows, dashboards for managers, MVPs for new products and multi-language web platforms.

We follow one principle across projects: measurable facts are calculated by deterministic code, AI helps read documents and messages, and a responsible person makes the final decision. This keeps AI useful without turning it into a black box.

Our own product, FixBuild, applies this approach to construction. It is a decision layer for construction projects that links field signals with the schedule, estimate, procurement and contractors, so a manager sees not only what happened on site but what it affects. FixBuild took part in the Astana Hub Startup Garage program and is open for pilot deployments.

Client work in our portfolio includes a corporate website for a translation company, an online cosmetics store and a multilingual booking platform for an apart-hotel in Almaty. We also built Live Translator, a mobile app for two-way voice translation.

MIVRON LLP is an Astana Hub resident. We work officially, with a contract, milestone delivery and closing documents.
