MOVE Agency is an AI-native growth team from Ukraine, working with brands since 2018. We take a business from an ad to revenue and own every step in between: media buying, creative, design, web and automation. We are not a marketplace of freelancers and not a single specialist with a nice profile: we are a team of 40, each owning a craft, working on your account together.

What we do: paid media on Meta and Google. Video and AI-generated creative built for ad testing. Brand and social design. Websites and web systems on React, Next.js and NestJS: client portals, CRMs, calculation engines, automatic DOCX and PDF reports. AI automation built as multi-agent systems that run a business process end to end, from a payment to course access and video delivery. Computer vision and IoT when the task needs hardware.

Why clients keep us: most agencies stop at the click. We follow the money past it. Our media buyer tells the creative team what the data says on Monday; new variations are live by Thursday. The same agents that route the leads also write the report, so nobody loses a day to spreadsheets. That loop is why our campaigns keep improving after month two, when most accounts plateau.

Who we work with: hospitality above all, from a single cafe to a national chain. Also fuel and retail networks, dental clinics, car services, energy, online education and IoT. We have delivered 350+ projects. Many clients run cross-border businesses: a dental group with clinics in Ukraine, Poland, the US and Canada, an Austrian fuel network across five European markets.
