After meeting with 4 other companies trying to build our website, the meeting we had with UI was by far the best when we made it to them. I wish we would have found them sooner. The professionalism and courtesy of everyone I've interacted with on their team has set the standard for what I expect when dealing with others. The Project Managers and Account Director I have been assigned are diligent in ensuring that the vision is fulfilled and that workflow is proceeding. I have been kept up to date on my project, weekly meetings to adjust as necessary, and in misunderstandings the team are quick to address them so we continue to work in the same direction. They were able to track the data, set up a user interface that was very intuitive, and curated the experience expandable. We weren't just handed the keys without any education, and have been walked through how to do everything. We elected to go through a continued maintenance plan. Will use them on upcoming projects.

I have been working with this team for over 3 years. They have a staff of talented programmers that can accomplish anything. Our company creates web sites for Realtors that are linked to various MLSs. We don't just have one web site, we have a system that can create thousand of individual web sites that are all linked to the MLSs and our database of new developments. Plus we have created various tools that Realtors can use in order to generate business. This is extremely complicated. Unified was able to realize al of our goals. The project management was highly professional and extremely structured. Transparent plans were drawn up and metrics were used each week to show progress and risks. Whenever there was a change to the plan, sometimes at very short notice, maximum effort was put into realizing the plan.

After a few email exchanges in the first ~1 week to discuss the main technological choice, the implementation started in earnest. Therafter, progress was discussed and feedback was provided during weekly meetings with the assigned developer. All along, communication was excellent. The team was very experienced. They made sure to always provide a rationale for their choices and responding swiftly to any feedback. Despite the relatively demanding timeline, the product was delivered on time and exceeded our expectations.
