The team at CloudPulse performed an excellent job developing our e-commerce Platform. The crew was really helpful and guided us through the full process of developing a mobile app. a wonderful team to work with.

CloudPulse team shared a proposal and scope of work. Once agreed we moved into signing the agreement and transfer of the agreed payment. The first session was scheduled with the Product Owner who asked us to trust the process. We had around 4-5 sessions throughout the months of May and June. We used Google sheets and Miro mainly to keep track of the project steps and brainstorm. The key deliverables were stakeholder analysis, user stories, Business Process Modeling Notation, Sitemap, Key screens UX/UI, Product Roadmap, Tech memorandum and a Software development estimation.

CloudPulse developed an iOS mobile app from scratch for us. We provided the wireframes during the RFP process. The app was intended to be used for dental facility audits, so we had the team build a custom survey module that could enable users to create or answer questions. It also had picture scanning, appointment scheduling, document signing, cost reporting, and location tracking functionalities. The entire app development process lasted only six months, so we decided to expand on their role. The CloudPulse team then went into doing different things for us. We have a legacy or an internal application that we used to manage dental claims, providers, and members, and they helped us with that. We also acquired a company during that time, and CloudPulse helped us conduct a business analysis and define the acquisition plan by interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts.

CloudPulse has designed the UX behind our app and supported our website development work. Initially, we just gave them a general idea of what we wanted, and they engaged with our stakeholders and me to gather the required information to do their work. Since then, we’ve worked along with their product and UX design teams throughout multiple iterations to design low- and high-fidelity prototypes of the app. So far, CloudPulse has delivered the first part of the prototype work, and we’re currently working on the rest of the project. Our goal is for them to develop and support our entire product. As for the technology stack, they’ve used Figma for the designs, HTML for web development, and a couple of CMS technologies for content management. Moreover, they’ve developed API integrations.

We work with a team of about five teammates, including a lead developer, a senior developer, and three designers. We have main contact with two team members who work full-time.

The project management was highly professional and extremely structured. Transparent plans were drawn up and metrics were used each week to show progress and risks. Whenever there was a change to the plan, sometimes at very short notice, maximum effort was put into realizing the plan.

We launched our first product, DocuLock Document Management Software, in December 2017. After a poor experience with a previous developer, we contracted cloudpulse in March 2018 to redesign and develop a mobile application. We will work with cloudpulse next time.

We choose Cloudpulse to re-architect the site, designing it to retain all of the features our customers already loved, while adding in several features we'd been wanting to build for ages, and designing it to be easy to add new enhancements at a later date as new needs and opportunities arose. We wanted to launch the new site in August to coincide with launching a new product and our peak sales time, which meant it was a very tight timeframe for the scope of work.

Nothing much, they only took us on the challenging task of organizing our wide range of recipes and ingredients. Cloudpulse put in place a system to monitor all of our ingredients, forecast our requirements for each, and place further orders before we ran out. For us, this meant we could always have what our consumers needed and save waste, so it was really crucial.

We obtained quotes from various companies, some specialized in managed services and others in the conversion project. CloudPulse provided a competitive proposal, showcasing their expertise and confidence in successfully handling both aspects for our needs. The initial step: involved gathering requirements for both the Managed Services takeover and the email/data/platform conversion project. Once these requirements were finalized, along with target dates, they proceeded to assess our existing infrastructure. They installed and updated the necessary hardware components such as internal networking devices, firewalls, switches, WiFi access points, phone switches, cooling fans, and more, all using hardware consistent with their expertise in managing and servicing various clients. Next step: following this, they moved on to workstations, updating and installing the required software and security measures for ongoing managed services.

CloudPulse were a real pleasure to work with. As a first-time, female tech startup founder I was particularly nervous about selecting the right partner and I'm so glad I chose CloudPulse. From the beginning they were incredibly supportive, and thorough and guided me through each and every stage of the process with ease. The team has such a high standard and it was amazing to see the product finally come to life. Throughout the team delivered on time and within budget which was brilliant. At the end of the project (and still today because they support me with ongoing technical support!), it felt like I had an extended group of co-founders who genuinely cared about the success of my business. I think this is so rare, particularly when all of our interactions were virtual and it was an incredibly niche business in the parenting space! I would highly recommend working with them and will miss this project so much.

It was a very smooth process. CloudPulse and I skyped often, which helped communication. I could call them whenever I wanted to add features or make changes and it was never a problem. They always picked up immediately and were able to make the changes I requested.
