CloudPulse built our e-commerce website. They designed and developed the website from scratch, which is divided into two parts: B2B and B2C. The B2B side is a home page to attract distributors and sign up for potential strategic partnerships. The B2C side is an online store with direct contact with the end-user to purchase our smart home products.

The scope of work entailed a comprehensive technical analysis of our client's eCommerce operations, including an in-depth examination of their website's backend infrastructure, security protocols, and data handling. This analysis served as the foundation for the development of a robust improvement strategy, which incorporated measures to enhance website performance through server optimizations, content delivery network integration, and database management. The implementation phase involved the deployment of technical solutions, such as code refactoring, server upgrades, and the integration of third-party APIs for seamless order processing. Rigorous testing procedures were also carried out to validate the stability and security of these implementations, including load testing to ensure the website could handle high traffic loads without performance degradation.

Whenever launching usability tests into the real world for these kinds of apps, it is usual to find changes that need to be made. Cloudpulse has addressed those changes promptly. Furthermore, they’ve listened to our needs and understood the logic behind our requirements. We use Jira to log all of the bugs, and Cloudpulse has an engineer assigned to manage those bugs. We typically refine those bugs according to the severity level to be handled in order of priority. We also use Basecamp to store the documentation and Confluence to build the user stories.
