They installed and updated the necessary hardware components such as internal networking devices, firewalls, switches, WiFi access points, phone switches, cooling fans, and more, all using hardware consistent with their expertise in managing and servicing various clients. Next step: following this, they moved on to workstations, updating and installing the required software and security measures for ongoing managed services.

Based on the gathered requirements, Cloudpluse proposed an AI-powered Data Security Platform. Their team collaborated closely with our IT and security teams to gather relevant data for training the AI models. Their developers worked on developing and training the AI algorithms using the collected data sets. Once the AI models were trained and testing was done they deployed the solution within our infrastructure.

TheCloudpulse team did an awesome job of understanding the functionality of our old site and the requirements we had for the new site. They were extremely knowledgeable about the options available in terms of technology, and made recommendations specific to our needs. We especially wanted the transition to cause as little disruption to existing customers as possible, and they worked hard to achieve that. Cloudpulse came up with a new architecture for the site, did the bulk of the work of documenting all the functionality (epic mapping), and made a variety of substantive suggestions for how to improve our customer and admin experience right off the bat. We didn't always choose to go with their suggestions, but the discussion always led us to a solution better than we would have come up with alone!
