My experience with Cloudpulse has been nothing short of fantastic! The scope of work for the company website redesign and prototyping included a discovery process, design process and final deliverables. The purpose of the discovery phase was to gain a deeper understanding of the problems that need to be solved with the existing site, uncover the short and long-term product vision, conduct primary and secondary research to validate or pivot the strategy, and review research and design materials collected to create an informed strategy for the design sprint. CloudPulse's design process included developing the user flows for the website and creating a high-fidelity design document to establish a cohesive set of brand guidelines. We determined the overall tone, look and feel of the website should be clean, professional, smart, intuitive and easy to use. Deliverables in the design process included an initial prototype, wireframing revisions, design direction, design revisions, usability testing and high-fidelity designed prototype in Figma.

The project yielded measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrate progress and success: Enhanced Website Accessibility: The newly developed website significantly improved readability and accessibility, making it easier for users to access and browse our product offerings. We hired Cloudpluse to rebuild our digital products and create a digital platform where people could invest in securities. We were out of our element with the work, so we knew we had to partner with an external agency. We had our own view of what we wanted it all to look like, and we worked with Cloudpluse so that they could capture the appropriate vision for it. I would say that they nailed it. That project required a huge amount of time and attention because it involved lots of different legal jurisdictions, tax implications, and regulatory considerations, all of which had to be constructed, in my view, with the appropriate connectivity, aesthetics, functionality and so forth.
