The seniors at NEC don’t try to exercise power over subordinates. Freedom is given to the employees as it is conducive to creativity. In crisis, they will encourage employees to brainstorm and come up with creative solutions. Since micromanagement is avoided, employees don’t feel that they are being controlled. As an employee, I have only been supervised.

As a policy, NECI does not place any restrictions on the employees. They are free to share their opinions with the seniors. While the company’s work is important, it makes sure that the personal life does not get hampered. Flexibility of schedules ensured that I was able to meet my personal commitments also.

A clarity is provided to the employees about the goals that have to be achieved. Sticking to the processes is not important at NECI. The seniors provide an outline about what the end results should be like. The rest is left for the employees. As an employee at NECI, I felt that I had a lot of freedom.

NECI is a wonderful place to work at because it sticks to the values of transparency and consistency. Unlike other workplaces, employees receive regular feedbacks. This encourages them deliver quality work. I have seen that the rules here are the same for everyone. So, one does not feel that there is politics happening over here.

The human resource management at NECI helps employees solve their queries as fast as possible. The employees are very kind. The level of transparency is just perfect.

In NECI, the management is very considerate about the satisfaction of their employees. Skill development and learning are well encouraged and we also get an opportunity to actually apply our learning in the field which is all more beneficial and satisfying.
