Review Summary

The seniors at NEC don’t try to exercise power over subordinates. Freedom is given to the employees as it is conducive to creativity. In crisis, they will encourage employees to brainstorm and come up with creative solutions. Since micromanagement is avoided, employees don’t feel that they are being controlled. As an employee, I have only been supervised.

As a policy, NECI does not place any restrictions on the employees. They are free to share their opinions with the seniors. While the company’s work is important, it makes sure that the personal life does not get hampered. Flexibility of schedules ensured that I was able to meet my personal commitments also.

NECI is a wonderful place to work at because it sticks to the values of transparency and consistency. Unlike other workplaces, employees receive regular feedbacks. This encourages them deliver quality work. I have seen that the rules here are the same for everyone. So, one does not feel that there is politics happening over here.

To develop a product for clients in which App, Web, Phone Etc comes around for secure lair and work in one place that client want to use easily.

Employees at NECI do not feel insecure at all ?

Coordination should be prioritized. Lack of coordination results in poor output.
