We brought Neon Ambition on to manage SEO, paid search, and our website during a rebrand—transitioning from Sprinkler Medics to Sprinkler & Landscape Medics. We had 160+ reviews on our original profile and didn't want to lose that ranking and reputation in the process, so we needed a team we could trust to handle it carefully. Even though we work with several people across their team, they assigned us one main point of contact who manages our overall profile and keeps everyone else aligned. She's been extremely responsive—quick to answer questions even on weekends—and just exceptional. They offered biweekly check-in meetings, but I scaled it back to monthly because I simply don't need that level of touchpoint. They're more available than we require, which says a lot about how they operate. Since we started working with them, everything has improved across the board. Traffic and lead volume have both grown, which was our biggest constraint going in.
