Their attitude and versatility are a huge asset.
I love their professionalism, the deliverables almost always blow my mind, their communication and their ticket creation process. They have helped streamline my own SOPs and overall doing business is so much easier with them.

What Users Like The Least

The only challenge for us is that they don't work at weekends and being a sporting organisation, that sometimes means waiting a couple of days to start a match related task, but it isn't a major issue.
Anytime a favorite designer would leave the team, this would sting a little. If a new designer came on board there was usually a small window of time that occurred to get them back up to speed on SOP standards. However, in the last 2 years, I can only remember this painful moment happening twice so their turn over rate is VERY LOW.
During my project work I honestly can’t see any issues at all.

Outstanding service to provide our organisation's staff with comprehensive support.

Obi Services has been a fantastic extension of our workforce, since we began using them for support in 2022. They have shown themselves to be efficient workers, giving us great output for the hours spent - at excellent value for money. Their versatility is outstanding too, supporting us with admin (the jobs our staff find boring), IT and design work. Their communication systems are ideal too, so we are always in the loop. Would strongly recommend them for anyone looking into an all round VA service.

I met OBI over 2 years ago and can't imagine doing business without their support. They have helped bring to life many brands and landing pages over the years with me. Over the past 2 years we've hired OBI Services for countless jobs ranging from long and short form video editing, branding, logo design, logo animation, graphic design, landing page building, list building, marketing automations, digital product creations, and the creation of SOPs.

This company feels like family to me and I couldn't imagine operating my business without them. From communication to personable check-ins to the timely and very professional deliverables, I can't speak highly enough of the OBI team.

I've sent numerous companies, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs their way for support in the their business operation needs. If you need help getting your time back, OBI Services is the best at it.
