EarlyBirdGigs is a production-ready platform that generates exclusive, real-time job leads for home service professionals by analyzing property images for visible maintenance needs. It shifts lead generation from a reactive process to a more predictive and proactive approach.

The Challenge:
The key challenges included processing images at scale, accurately identifying maintenance issues across varied conditions, and automatically matching leads with the right professionals. Manual handling was not practical at this scale, and the existing Elasticsearch setup added unnecessary cost and complexity.

Our Solution:
OCloud Solutions developed a custom computer vision model using Python and Flask, trained specifically for property maintenance detection. 

The team built a fully automated pipeline that handles everything from image processing to lead delivery, removing the need for manual effort. Elasticsearch was replaced with a custom-built search system tailored to the platform’s needs, improving performance while reducing costs. Stripe was integrated for seamless payments, while UX enhancements improved onboarding, dashboard usability, and mobile responsiveness.
