Offshored is an Australian owned offshore staffing company. We recruit and manage dedicated full-time staff in the Philippines for Australian small and medium businesses, from A$1,900 a month, all inclusive.

You choose the person. They work only for your business, in your systems and your hours, and report to you. Offshored looks after recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory contributions and day to day HR. Team members work from Offshored's office in BGC, Manila, or from home, depending on the role and the client's requirements, and are legally employed by our Philippine entity, Australian Pathways OPC.

Common roles include bookkeepers and accountants, accounts payable and receivable, executive assistants and administrators, customer service, property management support, estimators and drafters, marketing coordinators and AI Operators. No recruitment fees and no lock-in contracts. Founded in 2023, with over 50 team members supporting 18+ Australian businesses from offices in Sydney and Manila.
