Here's how our hiring cycle typically works:

1. We receive a vacancy request from a client and schedule a call to discuss the details.

2. We begin a thorough candidate search. During the interviews, we test for the needed soft and hard skills. After that, we forward selected candidates to the client for a review.

3. Together with our client we conduct a technical interview with the final candidates.

4. If a candidate proves to be the right fit, we extend them an offer.

5. After reaching an agreement with the candidate and the client, we hire the candidate and transfer them to the client's management.

6. The client pays us for the work the team member does, and we make sure they get their salary on time. Additionally, we handle matters like sick leave, vacation time, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.

7. If a candidate isn't quite right for the job, we find a more suitable replacement quickly.
