Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
I am the CEO of OnHires, a global recruitment agency specializing in quick-finding specialists for fast-growing IT companies. We provide talents and fill any vacancies. Among our satisfied clients are such companies as Web3, Cybersecurity, AI, FinTech, and others.
What is the story behind starting this company?
People often ask me, “Why recruiting?” “Why not?”, I ask in response.
 
I am confident that highly qualified specialists are crucial for a company's development and success. I have worked in Google and in the biggest Web3 companies long enough to see how the lack of professional staff led to the inability to reach the planned business indicators or launch a new product. In the worst cases, it significantly reduced profits and even caused the business closure.
 
In the era of real competition, it is not so accessible to find talented promising employees if you have no professional experience in this area.
 
Working in another field of business, I faced similar difficulties. So, I first wanted to study this issue in depth. And then, I decided to deal with recruiting professionally. Work in the sphere of hiring specialists seemed to me not only promising but also challenging and rewarding. I like setting myself complex tasks and solving them. And go ahead.
 
I started by helping my friends find and hire new employees. Everything turned out very well. Then I hired a team for my own recruiting business. And now I am the head of a successful agency with excellent performance.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
In-house team. But when it becomes necessary to consult a specialist or start a new process, we resort to outsourcing to get fast and qualified assistance.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We have many strengths, but I would now highlight two key features: the speed of hiring (we’ll send the CVs of the first candidates within 3-5 days and completely fill the vacancies just in 2-3 weeks) and the successful filling of any, even the most challenging and rare, IT vacancies. We hire a candidate that will perfectly match all requirements: from a junior to a lead developer, from a non-technical talent to a C-level specialist. We have 130,000+ candidates in our database. Nothing is impossible for us in the field of hiring.
 
Without undue modesty, I can say that there has been no case so far that our clients remained dissatisfied with the results of their cooperation with us. 98% of the specialists hired by our agency have passed the probationary period and continued working in the companies on an ongoing basis.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We specialize in IT, although we have experience in different areas. The key areas of our expertise are Web3, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, AI, DeFi, Fintech, Cybersecurity, Startups and Innovations, and IoT. Besides, we often work with marketing and advertising agencies, software companies, and web design studios.
 
We perform our work qualitatively, satisfying all the client’s requirements. Therefore, over 60% of our customers contact us again.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our most requested service is pay-per-hire recruiting. This service adopts all hiring needs, including closing important positions, leading the team of recruiters, or running the full-scale recruiting department in the client’s company. As a rule, our clients start with this service, and then, due to the fruitful experience of our cooperation, they switch to the subscription-based recruitment tariff.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our rating in all B2B listings is 5,0. Nevertheless, within the company, we evaluate ourselves more strictly. According to our customer satisfaction assessment, 9 out of 10 clients are completely satisfied with our recruiting and HR services and ready to recommend OnHires to their partners and acquaintances.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We are available at any time of the day and night. Our clients are provided with the opportunity to track the recruiters’ work in live mode. For this, we provide live access to the CRM during the recruiting process. Besides, our clients are supplied with a personal, professional recruiter or a few. On average, each project involves at least three employees of our agency: the head of recruitment, a recruiter, and a sourcer.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We mainly use the pay-per-hire model, which follows the commission model where the clients pay the recruitment fee in the amount of the candidate’s annual salary.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Based on the average order for closing three or four vacancies, the minimum budget makes $ 5,000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The average price range of our projects in 2021 was $10,000 to $100,000.
