Shameful

Paid them $1200 for a publishing package. Promised me promotions, Amazon listings, visibility on all platforms, submissions to bookstores and global distribution. I got one print sample riddled with mistakes. They screwed up the Amazon listing and when I told them I was not happy with the service, they promised (with many excused over the last 3 months) they would reimburse me. Now There is only a dial tone, their website is nonexistent and it seems they have reorganized to Penguin Publishers Group. BE WARNED! How embarrasing and stupid of me to not see this coming. I did a lot of research. DO NOT TRUST trust pilot either!!!

I contracted with this company to publish my novel. Total scam. Long list of promises and 100% guaranteed satisfaction after publishing. They dropped the ball, screwed up my Amazon listing and dicked me around for almost a year. Promised for 3 months they reimburse me. Now all contact is gone. No dial tone, no website. F me!
