PGL lost a high-value shipment
GL lost our merchandise consisting of 228 women’s cosmetic gift sets made with argan oil, representing a minimum total value of USD 34,200.
Despite numerous follow-ups over an extended period, the case has not been properly handled. We have received no clear explanation, no formal investigation outcome, and no concrete corrective or compensatory solution.
This situation highlights a serious lack of operational rigor, accountability, and customer service. For a logistics and fulfillment provider, losing high-value inventory without transparency, escalation, or resolution is unacceptable—especially for regulated and premium products such as cosmetics.
Based on our experience, PGL does not demonstrate the level of reliability required for inventory management and fulfillment. We strongly encourage other brands to proceed with caution.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
At the beginning of the relationship, PGL appeared to have an adequate logistics infrastructure and offered a broad range of fulfillment services. Unfortunately, these initial impressions were not supported by execution or case management.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The loss of high-value inventory, combined with the lack of transparency, accountability, and effective communication. The absence of a proper investigation, escalation process, or concrete resolution is the most concerning aspect of our experience.
