Working with PlutoSec UK was a positive experience from start to finish. Their team conducted a thorough penetration test of our website and digital systems, identified security weaknesses, and explained the associated risks clearly. The final report was detailed and well-structured, with practical remediation guidance we could actually implement. They were professional and responsive throughout, and completed the project within our agreed timeline. The one area I'd suggest improving is providing a shorter executive summary alongside the detailed technical report—this would help our non-technical stakeholders quickly grasp the key findings without having to work through all the technical detail.
