It’s an approach that started in 2013. Our founder, George Giannakodakis worked in government and advised businesses on property development for 25 years.

If Australia was to make best use of our valuable land resource and get policies right for increased population demands in cities, we needed new and better insights.

We needed one holistic process that could cut through the complex planning and density requirements that differ state to state, city to city and even suburb to suburb, and determine how land could be subdivided.

And the process needed to be automated. That’s when PointData was founded, to deliver Australia’s first data engine applying state-of-the-art AI and machine learning to solve complex problems and clarify data blind spots in residential property.
