Selected work: for TaxNav in London, we built HMRC-recognised Making Tax Digital for Income Tax software with a built-in AI assistant and have provided Fractional CMO support since Q1 2025. It was delivered ahead of the April 2026 deadline, and hundreds of people use it to submit their tax returns. For AI4U, we built a hybrid AI expert system under GDPR, using a fine-tuned open-source model with retrieval-augmented generation.
