Its innovative and powerful platform experience enables investors to invest, manage, track, transfer, and exit by delivering its assistance with co-ownership and diversification of investments, convenient property management on behalf of investors, seamless guidance with exits.

Challenge
Strata's online platform aims to create a marketplace that empowers investors to engage, earn, track, and sell portfolio offerings through a straightforward, transparent, and hassle-free process. The business's complex operations and entrenched mental models were reimagined to provide an easy-to-use, attractive, and accessible solution for investors.

The collaboration began with a thorough assessment of the experience, functional, and usability gaps in the existing platform. A comprehensive strategy was developed to shape Strata's platform experience, aligning it with business goals, user needs, and the brand's promise, look, feel, and guidelines.

Process
Strata's existing workflow and current/future business goals were understood for the experience design exercise. Competitors were evaluated to gauge their platform experience and brand promises.

Insights from workshops, competitor analysis, and identified gaps in the current experience guided the sprint-based development process. This approach aimed to create and implement a new experience vision, information architecture, and user experience for Strata's innovative platform.

The experience strategy focused on enhancing usability, personalization, and highlighting functional and self-expressive benefits. Key brand associations were forged through symbols, aesthetics, and engagement strategies to ensure a positive user experience.

Strata's integrated investor platform was designed to address key use cases: personalized discovery of optimal investment recommendations, streamlined initiation and management of investments and exits, systematic tracking of portfolio performance and earnings, and organized management of documents and reports. The platform also ensures direct communication channels between the brand and investors.

Strata's investor platform establishes itself as a reliable investment companion, guiding users through their investment journey. It reinforces its brand identity by engaging investors through its visual identity, tone of voice, and overall aesthetic, emphasizing that 'Strata' represents value creation and trustworthiness.

Airblack is on a mission to help people turn their passions into livelihoods. As a learning platform, Airblack enables individuals to become successful creators or micro-entrepreneurs.

With the evolution of business tools and social media, creation has been democratized on the internet. This shift has led to the rise of creators who are surpassing established brands and businesses. Today, it is possible to start a salon, nutrition clinic, content studio, or restaurant from home with the right passion, skills, and knowledge.

Believing that the next decade will be dominated by internet-first creators and entrepreneurs, Airblack aims to empower millions with high-quality courses, helping them transform their passions into sustainable professions.

Challenge
After pivoting from travel, Airblack aimed to transform into a Skilling Academy and community, empowering individuals to thrive as creators or micro-entrepreneurs.

In need of a comprehensive overhaul, the initiative involved rebranding Airblack as a master brand encompassing a creator community and academies. Sub-brand categories were established to represent various creator clubs and specialized academies where individuals could learn specific skills from experts.

A key differentiation was Airblack's emphasis on live courses, which was central to enhancing the product experience and engaging its audience.

This includes pursuing opportunities, enhancing skills, and achieving professional growth. Airblack facilitates these journeys, enabling individuals to create, live, and evolve. 
The Orbis symbolizes Airblack's identity and future vision, embodying its overarching narrative and emotional direction. Its versatility allows for diverse applications, using different colors to distinguish categories and themes effectively. This dynamic symbol adapts to convey various messages to the audience, forming a foundational element for each Sub-brand's unique story and character. The Masterbrand and sub-brand texts are meticulously balanced in weight and size to complement Orbis and the entire branding system, enhancing each category with distinctive colors.

Airblack members also get access to member-only rates on flights, hotels & experiences in more than 50 countries.

Challenge
Airblack's online marketplace consists of Influencers (Travel Designers) on one side and member travelers on the other, with the business team working closely to optimize operations and experience. They had a working business flow on WhatsApp and Instagram, along with tracking key business activities through excel documents.

Collaborated to identify, strategize, and craft the end-to-end experience of the Airblack product ecosystem, aligning with business goals, user needs, and brand purpose.

The collaboration's primary goal was to develop a web and mobile app experience that allows Airblack influencers to chat, recommend travel content and products, and simultaneously plan unique itineraries for members.

The second, and most crucial, objective was to create a seamless web and mobile experience for Airblack members, facilitating communication, content consumption, decision-making, booking, and providing feedback on the designed itineraries.

Crafted a unique identity that communicated and cemented its positioning, making it memorable and beloved by its audience, and distinguishing it beyond its powerful functional and technological capabilities.

Process
Leadership workshops were conducted to understand the vision, story, and impact of the business. Immersing in the Airblack experience as customers, travel influencers, and staff members—through chat conversations and interviews—yielded real insights. It became clear that a new strategy to redefine their identity could evoke a sense of self-actualization in their young millennial audience, making them feel like a fundamental part of a broader community of expert travelers.

Developed the 'Orbis' to personify the proposition—an expression of ever-evolving 'travel and discovery' that identifies and resonates with the perpetual 'self' at its core. This monobloc form blends the expanse of possible travel discoveries through the compass, with the 'self' at the center, bracing the form together and providing direction. The Orbis serves as a fundamental symbol of Airblack's vision, aligning its communication across various platforms. The brand identity has been well-received in India’s startup community, increasing brand awareness by nearly 50% and driving a 20% rise in high-ticket travel transactions.

The brand's core theme of 'togetherness for better' is visually embodied in an identity featuring four circles seamlessly merged into a natural and harmonious shape. These circles represent wheels driving transformation, while their convergence symbolizes connection, collaboration, and communication.

To enhance legibility and recognition, the brand letters are strategically placed within the circles. Olive green serves as the primary color, symbolizing balance, progress, optimism, and meaningful connections.

This design not only communicates the brand's approachability and commitment to nurturing relationships but also reflects its aspiration for a brighter, more humanistic future.
