It was great working with Gaurauv at Proactivo. Our site speed improved dramatically, not only in how it feels when browsing, but also in our site speed score by two full letter grades.

The usability is also improved, and I'm confident that we'll see our conversion rate increase as a result. Gaurauv was great to communicate with, too, and responded quickly and clearly. And their rates are excellent, especially considering the quality of the finished result. I'll definitely choose to work with them again for future projects.

Oh, where do I begin with Proactivo Commerce? We only asked them to build a simple Shopify store, and they just so happened to deliver a fully customized, high-performing website with beautifully designed product pages, seamless mobile responsiveness, and a shopping experience smoother than our espresso machine.

The scope? Let’s see — they handled everything from UI/UX design (which somehow reads our customers’ minds) to performance optimization that makes our previous site look like it was built in dial-up days. They also threw in CRO consultations, tackled our SEO setup like it was a hobby project, and didn’t bat an eye when we threw last-minute SMM strategy into the mix.

So yeah, nothing major — just a full-blown digital transformation of our brand. Would I work with them again? Only if I want to keep being impressed.
