Proaptus is a London-based AI software consultancy that turns AI from prototype to production. We build custom AI systems, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted custom software around the way teams actually work — engineering, operations, customer intelligence, document review, and delivery orchestration. The work is founder-led, source-aware, and shaped around the decisions, documents, and review points that already matter to the client. Past builds include ProAgentic DfX (an AI design-for-X workbench for advanced manufacturing), ProAgentic PM (delivery orchestration with WBS planning and quality gates), and Novae Travel (a public-facing agentic travel system).
