Properly is a boutique design studio based in Warsaw, working with fintech, DeFi, Web3, and AI companies since 2021. We call ourselves design partners rather than an agency because that's how we work, close, senior, and invested in the outcome, not a vendor at the end of a brief.

We handle the full surface a product is judged on: brand and visual identity, UX and UI, web design and Webflow development, design systems, plus motion and 3D. Most engagements run across several of these at once, so the brand and the product hold together instead of breaking at the handoff.

In fintech and DeFi, trust is the whole game. Money makes people cautious, and crypto adds a trust problem on top, so we design the moments that matter, onboarding, confirmations, and errors, with the same care as the landing page. We've worked with protocols managing billions in total value locked and fintechs handling real money, including Spark (94% staking rate, $6B+ in assets), Mento, RedStone, Quantstamp, Kado, Cookie3, Optio, and AngelBlock.

The team is small and tightly run on purpose. It means senior people on your project, fast turnarounds, and honest feedback, we'll challenge a brief when there's a better answer. We often take equity or tokens alongside fees, which says something about how we choose who we work with.
