Prospia

Prospia builds custom production management systems for factories: orders and their status, machine scheduling, raw material intake (with a photo of the delivery note), stock and consumption, quality and defects, outsourced workshops, and dashboards. It is a web app used from the office computer and from phones on the shop floor, with nothing to install, and it is developed with AI in weeks, not months. We migrate what lives today in Excel or Google Sheets and verify it against the original. Our first system, for a textile sublimation plant in Buenos Aires, migrated almost 9,700 orders with six years of history and had its first version live in 5 days.
