Willing to dive into the abyss...

Things were in a terrible state when I reached out to Qubika (December Labs) as a last effort to recover. They were able to get down in the trenches with me, providing just the right mix of flexibility and rigor to achieve solid agile pace in a short window. If we had Qubika (December Labs)' 6 months (so far) at the beginning of our startup, we would be 2 years better on pace!
