I am Faheem Ghulam Ali co-founder and CEO of this company. Our organization is known for our services and our work is known for its highly crafted design, and its ability to process. QW Hosting is a subsidiary of Al Quddus Group (Pvt) Ltd. QW Hosting is a web hosting company managed by Salim Ghulam Ali. QW Hosting Services Branding, Marketing Strategy, Graphics Design, Digital Advertising, Website and Interactive, and Cloud Hosting. QW Hosting is a gateway option for all types of companies. From controversial beginnings to industry titles. Since 2018, we have helped some companies around the world with their services and they stand up and establish their voice.

What is the story behind starting this company?

I am running a bunch of companies for that most of the time I need online services so one day I thought why not I start my own company so I said to my brother let’s start our own company so we started QW Hosting because as business people, we have developed a framework for fast and efficient marketing that grows our client's business. Our reputation is based on the actual results we achieve for our customers, not industry awards. We are a dedicated team of designers, writers, strategists, developers, and accountants who share a common passion for great design. Together we create unique brand experiences that help companies build their voice and elevate their brand.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

In QW Hosting we provide in-house development services like web, apps, applications, and on another hand branding, marketing, and SEO experts. We try to give all facilities to our client indoor we don’t want our client to go some other places so we have 6 teams of departments like marketing department, sales department, application department, management system department, web & app development department and accounts department. In case of clients needs additional services, we can give that also to them. Depending on client work we take time most of the time we help start-ups and established companies and we take full responsibility for that company's online needs and we fulfilled it. QW Hosting is a gateway option for all types of companies.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

Like in some companies they only provide a few services like one is SEO service company the second one is only web development company but at QW Hosting. QW Hosting is a one door solution we have web hosting, domain registration, web development, SEO services and etc.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

We serve all industries, as all of them require web solutions to software or application solutions. However, our focus is on SaaS and apps development. In 2020 our company has 22% of Pakistani clients based and from the United Arab Emirates 9% from IT Sector companies. Our company comes in top 50 IT companies in Pakistan.

Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?

Right now, we are getting E-commerce sites, clients, because everyone is going online so most of the time, I said to new clients also the internet generates the world 60% GDP. So come online sell online I say this for all industries person. Anything you can sell the online airplane to snacks.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

From our feedback, it's like 10 out of 8. First, we talk about our clients’ requirements and then we talk about the time period. Sometimes we get projects and there are dates mentioned. So, depending on the work we decide our work procedure.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Most of the time zoom, but clients have our number so we talk on calls and what’s app and for guiding the client on how he or she can use that software or application or e-commerce site so we use AnyDesk.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)?

At QW Hosting we use PayPal as our payment solution and sometimes bank accounts. We billed our client pay per feature or sometimes the budget is high so we don’t charge for extra for features. Our clients pay us 50 or 70 present advances or we create milestones in phases of projects. In weekly works or 2- or 3-days development works we take 40 to 50 present advance and remaining amount on after delivery of works.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

At QW Hosting we are flexible in terms of budget. We do all kinds of works from 100 USD to 100,000 USD.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

Between 50 USD and 200,000 USD.
