R Taparia & Associates is a Chartered Accountant firm based in Jaipur, India, working with small and mid-sized businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and India.

We sit on the client's side of ERP projects. We document your requirements, compare ERPs such as Odoo, Zoho, NetSuite, ERPNext and QuickBooks against them, help you pick the right implementation partner, and manage the project through to go-live so it lands on time and on budget.

We also run the accounting inside those systems: monthly bookkeeping and close in Odoo, Zoho, QuickBooks and Xero, with bank and card reconciliation, payables, receivables, inventory valuation and a CA-reviewed month-end pack delivered on a fixed date.

Our migration work is led by accountants, not developers. We move businesses from Tally, QuickBooks or spreadsheets to a new ERP with the chart of accounts and taxes set up correctly (GST/HST, VAT, sales tax, Indian GST) and opening balances that tie out to the old system.

Recent work includes QuickBooks-to-Odoo migrations for US and Canadian distributors and builders, an Odoo 16 to 19 upgrade with inventory valuation reconciled to the general ledger, and outsourced Odoo bookkeeping for accounting firms overseas.
