RAX has been founded in 2000. We are a RIPE member, a Local Internet Registry (LIR) and one of the longest running Cloud Computing, IT Hosting and Data Center service providers in Eastern Europe. RAX is also a VMware Partner - Professional Service Provider. Rax Cloud (http://www.rax.bg/about/datacenter.shtml) is located at Equinix IT facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. The data center features fault-tolerant site infrastructure and 99.995% availability. This allows us to offer a premium Service Level Agreement (SLA) and 24/7/365 onsite NOC management support. Our Public, Private and Hybryd Clouds, based on VMware Cloud computing platform feature High Availability (HA). An Automated Fault Tolerance Cloud VM is available as add-on service. Clients can install Install Linux or Windows OS and scale up resources at any time. The Cloud Servers are manageable with vSphere Web Client management panel.
