Working with Redbytes Software has been a fantastic experience. They provided a great project manager, Acai, who helped take my ideas from one stage to the next, acting as a bridge between me and the talented technicians creating my project. The quality of their work is amazing, and they deliver it in a timely manner. Their team is usually available around the clock, always ready to help with any questions or pitch in to take my ideas to the next level. They have great domain knowledge and have been the best team I’ve ever worked with. Over the past seven months, they have consistently delivered on everything they promised. I feel really fortunate to have built a relationship with them.

I chose Red Bytes after receiving many offers and being particularly impressed by their proposal. The bidding process was smooth, and I felt reassured by their understanding of my app's specs and their ability to deliver. We were on a tight schedule due to our launch plan, and Red Bytes respected every development milestone, delivering on time without any bugs. Communication during the development was straightforward. I could interact directly with the project manager and some developers to ensure the specs were well understood. Ultimately, the app was a success and has been rolled out on the Play Store. I'm very happy with the development process and the final product.

Warning to all STARTUPS .. Redbytes are NOT the solution. I was initially given timelines of 3 months for my app. I am now into month 9. The guys cannot resolve scheduling push notification issues - the could not design a basic newsletter to work correctly. The app itself is still riddled with bugs. The sprint planning was a joke and they have 1 guys trying to run the entire show - it is baffling how they have ANY good reviews. I myself was the QA lead because Redbytes had 2 QA people that they had to let go - or so they say - they lied a lot on this front. At one point, I returned a document with almost 16 pages of issues (no joke) and that was for ANDROID only. A further document was returned for iOS. Please pay attention to this review .. they will TALK the TALK, they will be cheap, they will sell you the moon and the stars BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, they will not deliver and the development process is a CALAMITY. I have paid 25% more than agreed in the initial contract despite NOT having changed my requirements, and even STILL I have no application to show for it. I have been constantly LIED to, which as a client I feel is incredible and NOW the do not even communicate with me .. only a backend developer speaks to me as he is trying to fight all of the remaining issues. I contracted redbyte to develop a software in April 2017, and contracts signed to deliver product in 90 days. As I write, they do not respond to our emails and have completely ignored us, although 75% of project cost has been paid. They are ruthless bunch and fraudsters, avoid them!!
