Rellatech

Rellatech is my virtual assistant and operations studio, based in Moncton, New Brunswick. I provide administrative, operations, and CRM support to businesses and startups across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia, on monthly retainers or as defined projects.

The day-to-day work covers inbox and calendar management, meeting coordination and minutes, document and records management, client and vendor communication, recurring reports, project coordination, and process documentation. On the systems side I set up, clean up, and automate CRMs, with deep experience in Keap and Infusionsoft as well as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, and I build integrations with Zapier and Make. I also build and maintain business websites and landing pages, including takeovers of sites that have gone untouched for a while.

You work with one person from start to finish. I fit into the tools and processes your team already uses, reply within one business day, and send a Friday update every week so you always know where things stand. Retainers are flat monthly fees agreed in writing, with no timesheets. If you want to test the fit first, the Operations Review is a fixed-price project finished within one week.

Clients include HRAI, the University of Calgary, John Howard Society of Ontario, Level Justice, Spur Communications, and The Undivide Project.
