Remote Guyana is an offshore staffing and Employer of Record company based in Georgetown, Guyana. We build dedicated teams for US and Canadian businesses across sales operations, customer support, bookkeeping, ecommerce operations, and executive support.

What sets us apart is structure: every engagement includes a two-layer quality control system, with a dedicated Team Lead reviewing work weekly and flagging issues before they reach the client, not after. English is Guyana's official, first language, and the country runs on US Eastern Time, so teams work real-time hours with no overnight shifts.

We're upfront that Guyana is a newer offshore market than the Philippines or India. That's exactly why we built documented SOPs and embedded management into every placement, rather than relying on years of institutional tooling experience the market hasn't built up yet.
