Our overall experience with Ronnie Ridge has been really positive. From the very start, they took the time to understand how our business works and what specific challenges we were facing with managing real estate leads and team communication. We needed something custom, not just another off-the-shelf CRM, and they delivered exactly that. The platform they built helps us track clients, properties, and sales activity way more efficiently, and the AI-powered internal chat they added has made team collaboration a lot smoother.

Their team was easy to work with, always responsive, and open to feedback. Anytime we had an idea or wanted a change, they listened and handled it quickly. Everything was delivered on schedule, and the quality of their work shows in how much time and effort the new system saves us every day.

If I had to point out one thing to improve, maybe just more frequent progress updates during development would have been nice. But other than that, they nailed it.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Honestly, I like how fast they understood what we were trying to do. We didn’t have to explain things ten times. They just got it. Their AI solution fits right into how our team works and makes daily tasks so much easier. Communication with them was smooth and they always responded quick when we needed something fixed or adjusted.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not really much to complain about. Maybe they could have given more progress updates while things were being built, but anytime we asked, they jumped right on it.
