Sero Social

Sero Social is a boutique creative studio based in Palo Alto, California, with a second office in Madrid, Spain. Founded in 2022, we exist for a specific kind of client: the established company whose work is excellent but whose brand has never caught up. General contractors, real estate groups, law firms, hospitality operators, racing teams, and multigenerational family businesses come to us when they realize the companies beating them to opportunities are not better, just better presented.

We close that gap. Our work spans brand identity, website design and development, content production, and AI-assisted creative systems that let established brands publish at modern speed without lowering their standards. Websites are built in Framer for speed and precision. Identity systems are designed to hold up for a decade, not a redesign cycle.

Our process starts with the business, not the brand. We learn how a client wins work, what their reputation rests on, and who actually makes the buying decision in their industry. Then we build the visual and verbal identity that matches the operation behind it. Every claim we publish for a client is verified before it ships. Nothing is invented, padded, or approximated.

The studio is intentionally small. Founder and creative director Janae Salinas leads every engagement, supported by a senior team covering marketing strategy, design, and development. We limit the number of active clients so the work stays at the level our clients hired us for.
