Shipshape Data is an AI implementation and data modernisation consultancy based in London. We work with mid-market and enterprise organisations across financial services, manufacturing, technology, private equity, and professional services to get AI from concept into production: reliably, safely, and with a measurable commercial return attached to it.

We're not a strategy consultancy. We don't produce roadmaps and hand them over for someone else to execute. We're not a product company selling packaged AI tools.
